What is an Egg Shell Ripper?
Peeling hard boiled eggs is one of the most frustrating kitchen tasks. Rarely does a hand peeled egg come out perfectly, and more often then not, part of the egg sticks to the shell, making for an unappetizing final product.

Over the years, many devices have been created to aid the cook in this process, but most of them don't work very well or are better suited to a commercial kitchen environment, and are not practical for home use.

The Egg Shell Ripper is a simple device created to make the job of peeling eggs easier. It really is as simple as 1, 2, 3!

How Does It Work?
Step 1
1. Create a small break in the larger end of the egg by tapping the shell with the Egg Shell Ripper handle.
Step 2
2. Start by inserting the center prong of the Egg Shell Ripper into the break of the shell. Keep the center prong under the shell, while the outer prongs stay outside of the shell. Gently push along the contour of the eggshell and continue to the opposite end of the egg. For best results, make three rips in the shell, spaced evenly around the egg.
Step 3
3. Gently pull off the three sections of the shell and rinse the egg. Then enjoy!
